If you wish to cancel your order and discontinue our services before the project has begun, you may do so within 3 days of the initial transaction, and AMZ THRONE will provide you with a complete 100% refund minus the transaction charges (10% of the amount paid).
Note that no refund will be made on “change of mind” after the project work has begun or first round of revision has been requested.
Any type of project—whether active, on hold, in-progress or already completed—will be ineligible for a partial or full refund provided that payment for that project was made 30 days ago or more than 30 days ago.
If the customer has requested the first round of revisions on a project, thus, complies that he/she is satisfied with the performance and no refund will be processed after the initial revision round. However, we do value the customer and will comply with our unlimited revision policy and will oblige the customer till the final completion of their project.
If you have any specific concerns and require a complete refund, you may send us a refund request and we will take the decision accordingly. The Products and Services offered are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. Once an Order has been completed, the hours put into the project cannot be recuperated and thus we will not provide a refund. We will, however, to the best of our ability, seek to satisfy our Clients.
Since we invest considerable resources in delivering our best, we don't cater to refunds in the case of book publishing projects on platforms like Amazon.
